Return Eligibility

  • b. Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

All fine jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamonds not listed in the exclusions below.

Modified or resized rings Items misused Products altered by a third party Custom-designed items Cut for You™ diamonds, except for Round Brilliant, Oval, Emerald, Pear, Radiant, Cushion, Marquise, Trillion, Asscher, Princess, or Elongated Cushion diamonds weighing 5 ct or less Cut for You™ diamonds with modified ratios Personalized fine jewelry (e.g., Solitaire Bar Necklace, Solitaire Bar Pendant) Loose diamonds set in a third-party design All shipping fees Engraving and finishing fees Gift cards Loose diamonds must be returned within 30 days of delivery


Refunds

  • a. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item

  • b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • a. Exchange Eligibility: If you received a defective or damaged item or wish to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • b. Exchange Process: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • a. Customized or Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.
